1995 - NEW SHIRTS
Unsuccessful again in the quest to return to London for the National Festival of Music For Youth, despite a good performance in the auditions.
Summer - The Band spends several weekends at local galas, and practicing their newly acquired marching skills! A 'sponsor a tune' was held at the Kirklees Light Railway and the proceeds enabled the Band to buy replacement shirts. These were worn for the first time at the summer concert in St Paul's on 15th July.
October - The Band take part in Youth In Brass but are not awarded any silverware.
